Sharing and Learning at the EOF Partners Workshop

Dsc 0410 edited

Earlier this month, Good Neighbors UK had the pleasure of participating in the Educational Opportunity Foundation (EOF) Grant Partners Workshop, a dynamic gathering of organisations dedicated to improving access to education around the world.

Our Programme Manager, Venus Chan, was invited not only to attend but also to speak at the event. With over 18 years of experience across South Asia, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East, Venus led a practical session on how organisations can develop Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) frameworks that are both effective and achievable. She shared concrete tools, walked through step-by-step approaches, and highlighted common challenges, which sparked engaging and insightful discussion among participants.

As a current EOF grantee, we were honoured to be invited to contribute to the agenda. The workshop was a valuable opportunity to exchange ideas, connect with peers, and reflect on shared goals in the education sector. We came away with new strategies, stronger relationships, and a deep appreciation for the openness and thoughtfulness of the other organisations in the room.

Thank you to EOF and all the partners who made the workshop such an energising and enriching experience. We look forward to continuing to learn and grow together.
