Good Neighbours: Helping kids cope with anxiety

Hello mind vooo trim moment

Our friends in South Korea know a thing or two about keeping calm in the face of adversity. The last few months have been so difficult for many, not least our children and young people.

Good Neighbours International have created these helpful videos that will teach children breathing exercises. They help to calm a busy mind and give head space when we’re feeling under pressure.

These techniques are reminiscent of Tai Chi, combining deep breathing and relaxation with flowing movements.

Even though these were made for children, it’s even better to do this together as a family – get out in the garden, have fun and you might even entertain the neighbours!

If you try these out, let us know on Twitter or Facebook.
